RICHARD L. JOVINO, Director

Richard L. Jovino is the Director of Wise Education. He has been in the insurance business industry for 30+ years. Rich is a graduate of St. John's University and attended College of Insurance. He currently owns and operates an agency, Karrich Associates, located in Sparta, NJ, serving both personal and commercial clients. Rich has been active in the excess and surplus lines markets for many years. He has taught a variety of classes including:

  • I. I. A.
  • A. R. M.
  • Excess & Surplus Lines
  • and a variety of additional P&C courses at Sussex County Community College as well as for other organizations.

FRANK M CIMINO, CIC, CPCU, Co-Director

 Frank M. Cimino, CIC, CPCU is a Co-Director of Education for Wise Education. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with 40+ years insurance industry experience. He has taught CPCU classes for the Alabama Big "I" and seminars for PIA of Alabama. He has instructed insurance at many colleges including Penn State U. for eight years. Frank has taught CPSR in many states. He has been the prime instructor for California, Hawaii, Louisiana, and the Territory of Guam. He was nominated for the National PIA 1991 Award for Excellence in Continuing Education. In July 1997 he was selected to train Russian students insurance in the Ukraine.
